Nailing Nails
I was lucky enough to find myself in Miami two weeks ago, and what do you do on your free evenings: go beauty shopping!
I love foreign beauty supply shops, and in Sally's I found these super cute nail art birds and fruit.
Polish your nails with a fun colour, apply a piece of fruit and top with a clear top coat. To sweet! Cant wait to try them out.
I stocked up on Sally Hansen's nail art pens, a velt tip pen with nail polish in it so you can draw designs on your nails. I had been looking for these for ages back home in London but couldn't find them anywhere.
I also bought some of their salon effect polish strips, strips of nail polish you stick on and file in shape. They should last up to 10 days. They come in all different designs I went for the leopard print and the black and white flowers.
As you know I moved house and what is next door? a super cute nail salon. I booked myself in to sort my feet and hands out and look at the result!
My toes have a multi colour flower pattern from Minx, and should last up to 2 months!
My hands have something new called Gelish, a product by Harmony, its in between a gel nail and a polish. Its painted on like a polish and set with a UV light. Its ultra shiny and should last me 2 weeks.
I will be very impressed if it will last that long, but apparently its even Hester Fraggle proof :)

Vogue Bambini back to school
Sometimes a little something you do at a bored moment can turn into a fashion statement. After a birthday party I was a little bit tired and bored in a north London pub, and then what do you do?
You doodle on your friends hands so their hand monster can talk to you..
(and no I didn't drink so I have no excuse...)
When talking about what hair and makeup to do for the 'naughty kids shoot' in the latest back to school issue of Vogue Bambini I showed the team pictures of my hand doodles and they fitted right in with our fashion story. See here the results.
